Ultimate Team/Project
When you open Ultimate Team, the game talks to a whole set of online services. One logs you in, one loads your club, one handles packs, one runs the transfer market. Refut stands in for all of them.
Ultimate Team was never really on the disc. The club, the packs and the market all sat on a server somewhere, so when those servers go dark, the mode goes with them no matter how many hours you put in.
We’d rather keep playing. Refut answers the game the way the official servers used to, so the versions of FUT people actually loved can stay playable.
FIFA 20 and FIFA 22 on test servers, with testers from the Discord finding what breaks.
Letting more people in, fixing what they find and making setup easier.
